This Dessert Promises Glowing Skin

From pressed juices to non-processed food choices, fresh is in—and now, thanks to some innovative food companies, frozen might not be too far behind. Coined the “first good-for-you frozen dessert,” EatPops is getting a lot of buzz for its take on the juicing craze. Founder Sophie Milrom came up with the idea for the concept last year while studying for finals: She was running out of options for easy-to-grab healthy snacks, and found grocery-store juice options to be filled with sugar and artificial ingredients—while the local juice stores were just too expensive and not available everywhere.

Her light bulb idea: Freezing real juices—ones with only nutritional ingredients with functional benefits—could extend the shelf life of juice and lower the cost (and retain all the good stuff). Yes, they are delicious-tasting popsicles, but they're also packed with everything from carrot, coconut water and ginger to beets, kale and spinach (and with names like Glow, Cleanse, Super Detox, each kind is also very detailed about its skin and body benefits).
